The applican� requested that it be on tonight4s <br />agenda, if at all possi.ble. <br />The second item relates to getting the formalities started for <br />special assessment hearings an the Capi�ol View siorm sewer proJect, <br />�aa.rview Avenue irnprovements (cizrb, gutter and drains) and the Corpus <br />(�hristi Church assessments. The reason it did not ge� included in <br />the packet is �that figures were not available from the Cotanty on the <br />Fairvzew px-oj ect. These figures are now avai].able and wou].d reques� <br />the Council to approve the resolutions aeclaring costs to be assessect. <br />5oxry. <br />
