<br />Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will not be prepared; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTH ER RESOLVED THAT the City Council for the City of Roseville hereby <br />authorizes the distribution of a negative declaration on the need for an EIS to all parties <br />included in the EAW distribution list and to all persons that commented in writing during the <br />review period. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goedeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski, Maschka, Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same:None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of the regular meeting of said City Council held <br />on the 23rd day of June, 1997, with the originals thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND, officially as such Manager this 23rd day of June, 1997. <br /> <br />~~o <br /> <br />Steven R.
