<br />The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) staff in the Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup
<br />(VIC) unit has been requested to review the "Phase II Investigation Work Plan, Twin Lakes Mixed Use
<br />Development," prepared by American Engineering Testing, Inc, (AET), dated June 9, 2005, as modified
<br />by the "Work Plan Modifications," prepared by AET, dated June 20, 2005, collectively referred to as the
<br />Report, For the purposes of this letter the site refers to Phase I of the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area
<br />which is an approximately 45 acre area that comprises the Cummins, Toll, PIK, and Tndianllead parcels
<br />and adjacent office/warehouse properties in Roseville (the Site), Rottlund Homes is proposing to
<br />redevelop the Site with a combination of retail, commercial, and residential development The Report
<br />proposes a supplemental Phase II Investigation in order to develop a response action plan suitable to
<br />address both petroleum and nonpetroleum releases at the Site for the proposed redevelopment
<br />
<br />Thp Report is herebv approved subject to the modifications provided in Attachment B, The disclaimers
<br />are provided as Attachment A. Please provide the additional requested infOlmation described in
