Mr. Squires noted that the <br />Official Map, as part of the City Code, Section 10.16 <br />related to shoreland management, established the <br />jurisdictional area as 300'. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough spoke in opposition to the motion <br />based on use of Eminent Domain and condemnation <br />proceedings. <br /> <br />Roll Call [12.3 - Final Plat] <br />Ayes: Schroeder; Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough and Ihlan. <br /> <br />[12.4] Consider Repealing Ordinance No. 1213, which <br />established an Officially Mapped Alignment for Twin <br />Lakes Parkway <br />Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, enacted Ordinance <br />No. 1322 entitled, "An Ordinance Repealing the Officially <br />Mapped Twin Lakes Parkway Right-of-Way in Accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes 462.359." <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing requested staff's purpose in this motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Welsch advised that it was for the purpose of clearing <br />parcels of all encumbrances prior to creating a new plat. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan spoke against the motion for similar <br />reasons she spoke to against the final plat. <br /> <br />Discussion included location of the Twin Lakes Parkway <br />and its alignment; buffer represented by Outlot A; <br />landscaping and berming proposed; and a Master Plan for <br />Langton Lake Park. <br />Roll Call <br />[12.4 - Repeal of Official Twin Lakes Parkway <br />Right-of-Way] <br /> <br />Ordinance 1322 <br />Repealing <br />Ordinance 1213, <br />Officially Mapped <br />Alignment for Twin <br />Lakes Parkway <br />
