<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1322 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE OFFICIALLY MAPPED <br />TWIN LAKES PARKWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH MINNESOTA STATUTES 462.359 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Ordinance is to REPEAL City of Roseville <br />Ordinance No. 1213, which set forth the official map of the future right-of-way known as Twin <br />Lakes Parkway through the Twin Lakes Parkway Redevelopment Area in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes 462.359. After approval of an alternative alignment within Twin Lakes Phase <br />I, in a portion of a Final Plat of Twin lakes Phase I, the 1998 Official Map of the proposed right <br />of way is no longer required to implement the Twin Lakes Parkway alignment. <br /> <br />Section 2. Official Map Repealed. The Twin Lakes Parkway right-of-way map as <br />attached to Ordinance No.1213 is hereby officially repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3. Recording. The City Manager is hereby directed to file a copy of this <br />ordinance, the official repeal of Ordinance No.1213 with the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage by the City <br />Council and publication in the official newspaper of the City. <br /> <br />Passed this 20th day of June, 2005. <br />
