<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1325 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE <br />ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 185 <br />MCCARRONS BOULEVARD FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF R-6, <br />TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT & R-3, GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT (PF3575). <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3575, the following property, generally <br />located at 185 McCarrons Boulevard, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from R-1, Single <br />Family Residence District to: <br /> <br />The property being legally described as: <br />Lots 1 - 5, Block 1, McCarrons Guptil Addition <br />Rezoned to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of R-6, Townhouse District <br /> <br />The property being legally described as: <br />Lot 6, Block 1 and Outlot ''A'' McCarrons Guptil Addition <br />Rezoned to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of <br />R-3 General Residence District <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # 1325. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect <br /> <br />upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of the plat McCarron's Gupti1 Addition with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City and <br />property owners. <br />4. The recording of the PUD document with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 22nd day of August, 2005. <br />
