<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Mimlesota, was held on the 22th day of August, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Ihlan, Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing <br />and the following Members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10326 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR MERITEX <br />ENTERPRISES AT 2258 TO 2280 WALNUT STREET (PF3659) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Meritex Enterprises has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code to allow the operation a temporary <br />semi trailer truck storage facility on a vacant, paved piece of the Meritex parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject vacant parcel is triangular in configuration, located south of <br />Terminal Road, east of Walnut Street and west of the Minnesota Commercial rail line, generally <br />described as: <br /> <br />That part of Section 8 Township 29 Range 23, excluding a 17 foot wide right-of-way as <br />described in Document 1663200, lying Westerly and Northwesterly and adjacent to the <br />Westerly line of The Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's right-of-way and bounded <br />on the West by the East Line of Walnut Street, and bounded on the North by the South line <br />of County Road "B-2", commonly called Terminal Drive. <br /> <br />PIN 08-29-23-32-0001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulates the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />interim use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Meritex Enterprises proposes to operate a temporary semi truck and trailer <br />parking operation on the site on the vacant paved portion of the Meritex parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />interim use permit request of Merit ex Enterprise and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, <br />based on the comments outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report <br />dated 08/03/05. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Meritex Enterprises an interim use permit consistent with Section 1012.09 A and B ofthe <br />
