This shop is <br />a c�og grooming o�eration, which basicrally washes and clips dogs, and sells <br />collars, sharnpoos and a lirrtited rang� of similar rr�erchandise. <br />2. Dina's Doggie Coiffures are operated in the east 5t. Paul area, 5outh St. Paul F <br />and Hastings, Minnesota (ir� addition to �the Roseville shap), The mpera�or af <br />the shop in Roseville notes 3-hat ti�ey are currently grooming four to fv2 do�s <br />a day in this shop, wi�i�h apened same six weeks ago. Inasmuch as "dog groomirig" doss not appear as a use in the zoning <br />or licensing provisions, she was ir�`ormed no �ermi� wa5 �-equired. <br />5, After 9�he shop op�ned, a complaint was received by tF�e occupants of fhe offices <br />located a�ove t�e dog eraoming sho�. The camplain� expressed concern about <br />"dog5 barlcing" in fihe shop below. Ths owners of the shop�ing center {1�he a�plicant) <br />h�ve since made arrangemen#s to move the offices concerned to anof�er area in ihe <br />shopping center. <br />
