MEMO: Jan. 9, 1975
T0: City Panager
R0,1: Assi stant ngi reer
RE: Propose Consrction at 619 Hinel rve
The Engineering and Code Enforcenent saff have reviewed the proosed
construction of a single-aniiy drlling at 619 flinel Drive, paricu-
larly as it relates to meeting the lakeshore zoning requrement. It
is our finding tha this would be acceptable and-meet such reuire-
ments and vrou7d not causz environmntal damages. r. Howard Dahlgren
of Aidwes Plannng has also revewed he pronosed construction and has
indicated ttat it does not conflict wih the lakeshore zoring ardinance.
ih only vegetation of nate to b a-Ffected wouid be one 14-inch oaEc
tree that is located at approximateiy tre one--half paint af the lat.
This tree apears o be approximateiy one-haf dead and its removal
woud be rather m#nor because oi` a grouping of oter oak trees wnich
wauld be located approximate7y l5 feet from the home and betareen the
iome ard e 1 alce. The rear of tie s tructure wi i 1 be 1 ocated approxi -
nately the same distance f rom tFe iake as the @XiSillg structure to
'tHe north o it and slightly farther away from the lake than hA new
home rhc is under construction to the south of i. It vi17 be locatd
ortiigh, dry iard and in no way interfere wth the shore]ine itself.
The owner has indicaied tiat tere is no conenplated filling or excava-
i an at the shorel i ne i ts1 f, so i t appears that no Br'R perm7 t vrou7 d be
requi red. ther than some roui ne adj ustments io the bui 1ing pl ans an
provisions fr containing all stvrm araer runoff on their property, there
are no prob7ems seen wih this proposal.

TP+iK
