That property is currently <br />Vi.n.the process of condeitmation. The apprazsers value on subject propexty was $23,900. <br />If ihe Commissioner's award on tha� property is acceptable to the Council, it would be <br />financed by an es�.imated �I5 - 17,000 balance in �he 1974 Park CIP appropriation, the <br />�6,000 requested in Item No. 1, and depending on the amount o� the Corrunissioner's a�rard <br />furids from the 1975 lowex priority proj ects �isted above. <br />Tn Ztem No. 2, the proposed p arcels were a.nclutled in the federal grant application, which <br />was no� successful. Acquisition o� these parcels should he initiated �nnnediately because <br />of pending dev�lopment plans and a1.so to prov�de leg�.1 access aroiu�d Lake �ennett. <br />
