<br />117 THE CITY OF RO SEVILLE ORDAINS:

<br />119 SECTION 1: Title 3, Section 306.01 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows:

<br />121 TOBACCO RELATED PRODUCT: Cigarettes, cigars, cheroots, stogies, perique, granulated, plug cut,
<br />122 crimp cut, ready, rubbed and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flower, Cavendish, plug and twist
<br />123 tobacco, fine cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scrips, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of
<br />124 tobacco prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing, sniffing or smoking in a pipe, rolling
<br />125 paper or other tobacco related devices. Also, any products containing, made, or derived from tobacco
<br />126 that is intended for human consumption, whether chewed, smoked, absorbed, dissolved, inhaled,
<br />127 snorted, sniffed, or ingested by any other means, or any component, part, or accessory of a tobacco
<br />128 product.

<br />130 SECTION 2: Title 3, Section 306.05, 306.06, and 306.07 of the Roseville City Code are re- designated
<br />131 as Sections 306.06, 306.07, and 306.08 respectively.

<br />133 SECTION 3: The following new Section 306.05 is added to Title 3 of the Roseville City Code:

<br />135 306.05. Indoor Smoking Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for the lighting, inhaling, exhaling or
<br />136 combination thereof of tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco related devices by any person in any
<br />137 retail establishment.

<br />139 SECTION 5: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
