<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council � Januaxy i7, 1975.
<br />The City Council met on ihe above date with the follawing
<br />members present: Mayor i.inebarger, Councilmen Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos and Hesse
<br />A-1 Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of Che
<br />meeting of January 20, 1975, be appxaved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Qemos, Hess and Linebargero Nays: None.
<br />C-1 Hess Mo�ed, Demos Seconded, that the appointment af advisory
<br />board members eligible for xeappointment be continued until
<br />the meeting of February i0, and that for the one Planning
<br />Commission vacancy and one Parks and Recreation Committee
<br />vacancy applications will be accepted until March i7, 1975
<br />and appointments will be made March 31, 1975. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Lznebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />C-2 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that a special council meeting
<br />be held TYzesday� February 4, 1975, 6:30 PoMo in the City Hall
<br />basement. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Bemos, Hess and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />E-3 Linebarger Maved Hess Seconded, that the award of sewer jet
<br />bids be continued until the February 4, special meeting and
<br />that a report be prepared by the Public IVorks Director and the
<br />City Attorney regarding the lsgality vf the 1ow bid. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays:

<br />�-1 Brennan Mov.ed, Hess 5econded, that Resolution Noo 6207 appro�ing
<br />continued joint representation in regard to Teamsters Local No.
<br />370 by the Metropolitan Area Managers Association Management
<br />Bargaining Committee be adoptede Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No. 6208
<br />dedicating Ci�ic Center Drive as a public right-of-way from
<br />Woadhill Arive to West County Road C be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebargero Nays:
<br />None.
<br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6209 regarding
<br />parking on Civic Center Drive be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />E-4 Curley Moved� Demos Seconded, that Easement No. 15, a temporary
<br />construction easement on Improvement P�7Q-17 be approved in the
<br />amount o.f $20000. Roll Call� Ayes: Brenn�n, Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Linebargera Nays: None.
