Each employee has been <br />evaivated and descxzptions prepared. The several position classes have been assigned <br />ta el.even salary gracles. <br />The salary or compensation system was deveJ.oped by company rates to 33 suburban communities <br />and to other governmental agencies whe�xe appropria�Ce and useful, <br />The system provides for an "Entry Rate" and after a six mnnth probationary p�riad t�z� employee <br />w�ul�. 6e elzgible for a"Job Progxess Rate". There is then an 18 month period �efore an <br />employee is e�igible �or the "Fui1 Perfax-rnance Rate". The plan therefare assumes it will <br />take �wa years to reach an accepted p�oficiency level expected fo�- each of fi hose �osi�iQns. <br />It is recomrnended that the proposed p�an be amended to pxovide that fihe responszbility �or <br />adnznistra�ion b e similar to what is provided in the Stanton PZan.
