At that iime, th� plans seer�ed ta be <br />generally acceptabi� with ihe exception that the exit anto County Road B�� -., <br />was d��med to be unadvantay�ous and ihai �".,deceleration lane on County <br />Road S far the entrance be provided. <br />The proposed plans were submi�ted tq the Ramsey County Fngineering staff and <br />they h.ave r�ow sent back their approval of the dece�eration lane with specific <br />recommendations, as shown on the drawing wh7ch is attached. P�zase note tha� <br />as per r��or,amendatian, the entrance way from County Road B is furt�er shi�lded <br />'�rom potential �eft turns by hav9ng the entry wa� hooded by an island Lahich. <br />would be across the entry way prohibiting Ieft-hand turns. <br />This adju5tment wauld seem to 6e in keeping with the desire5 of the Council <br />at the last meeting nand the matter could now b� far�r�aliy considered. <br />Reco�runended action: Approval of -�he Rosevi�le State Sanlc's request for <br />rezoni ng from B-1 to B-2 at 1445 yJ�st Cour�ty Road B. <br />,.� <br />
