SURVEY RESULTS FROM THE TOWN HALL
COMMUNITY MEETING
Held at the Fairview Community Center, April 3, 2004

A green survey form was distributed at this Community Meeting. These are the comments we
received on the survey form.

1. What services does the City of Roseville do well?

"Parks and Recreation"

"The basics are top rate - snow removal, well maintained streets, police and
Fire response - all are excellent."

"Street Snowplowing - it is done by the time I get up in the morning. The
New mayor does an excellent job working with the other council members."

"Keeping city safe and clean - Police Department does a good job - very
Professional! "

"Recycling, Police, Fire, Parks & Recl Arts Council"

"Police Service - Pathways"

"Police, Parks and Fire"

2. What services can the City Improve? How could the City improve those
services?

"Inclusion of apartment residents in sense of community."

"What about the Fire Department (Retired) handout? Is it possible to "fund" a full time
Fire department with fees from Ambulance service?"

"We need a sidewalk along our streets. Fairview, Cleveland, Hamline, Victoria, B-2 and County
Road C all have sections where the sidewalks just end. The City should fill in these empty
areas."

"Building and improving the roads in the city."

"We need to keep our services up-to-date, pay attention to maintenance and keep working on
mass transit."

"More officers on Patrol"
