<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 08/22/05 <br />Minutes - Page 2 <br /> <br />A. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N. Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn provided a bench handout with his <br />personal historical analysis of City Levies for Tax- <br />Supported Operations versus Inflation from 2000 through <br />2005 with additional detail provided as well. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn also reviewed recent budget increases <br />from the City Police Department; encouraging the City <br />Council to request evidentiary infonnation related to <br />personnel needs to hold the department staff accountable. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn concluded his comments by alerting the <br />City Council to a Pioneer Press article dated January 25, <br />2003 entitled, "Get help, probe neighborhoods before a <br />long-distance move;" and assumptions regarding higher <br />property taxes signifying better services. <br /> <br />No one else appeared to speak. <br />3.
