C�-�.,,�.�-� <br />This is a eontinuea hearing on the application of �im Kroiss to relocate a <br />clwelling at 1121 Shryer. <br />This request was first heard before the City Planning Coimr�ission on March 6, 1974. <br />The request was laid over to the Apri1 3rd meeting because the applicant did not <br />appear. The request was again Iaid over to the May lst meeting far the same <br />reason. At the May lst meeting Mr. Kroiss asked that the request be withdrawn, <br />and the Planning Comunission recoirnnended approval to withdraw his applica�ion. <br />A p�lic hearing had also been sched.uled for Nlarch llth be£ore the Catmcil, <br />This hearing was continued to Apri1 8, and again to May I3. <br />Action Requested: Motion to allow Mr. Kroiss to withdraw his application. to <br />relocate a dwelling at 1121 Shryer. <br />
