Joe Koakska request for clivision of a lot at 1016 West CoLmty Road B. <br />This property is presen�ly zoned R-1 and has an existing house on <br />Co�ty Road B. The newly created lot would face Burke Avenue. <br />2, Willmus Construction Company prel uninary plat "Rosedale Industrial <br />Park Seand Addition" at I900 and 1920 Oakcrest. The property is Iocated <br />at �the southeast coxner of Prior Avenue an.d Oakcrest Avenue and is zaned <br />I-1. Mr. Willmus proposes to plat two lots and construct warehouseing. <br />3. Esther Miller request for rezoning from R-1 to B-1 at 188� North <br />Lexington. It is proposed that the existing single family home on the <br />property be utilized as a chiropractic clinic. <br />The applicant has submitted a petition with at least fifty per cent of <br />the property owners within 250 feet of the property praposed to be <br />rezoned. <br />The appiicant has requested that the publication notice for both the <br />Planning Cormnission and Cotu�cil hearings be adver�ised simultaneously. <br />She states �hat �he regular procedures would cause hardship to both <br />parties. <br />Action Reques�ed: Motian referr�ng the three applications to the Planning <br />Co�anission meeting of June 5th. In addition, if the <br />Council so desires you could establish Council public <br />hearing on the Esther Miller request fox rezoning from <br />R-1 to B-1 a� 1880 North Lexington �or the J�me 10 <br />Council meeting. <br />
