In the condu�t <br />of the meeting the following rules ot procedure wi�i =��:_ observed: <br />1.) Any person who w�shes ta maice comments for considera�ior► <br />by the Commission must register his name and addres�, <br />indicating what group or organiza�tion he or she is r`�re- <br />senting (i� any), on a registration form to be locate� <br />at the ,: w„c.e of the meeting. <br />2) AI1 comments must be directed to specif ic proposals s�a:- <br />cons3deration by the Commission. <br />3) A limit as to time and nature of comments may be imposed <br />by Che chairman to insure orderly procedure and £sir <br />treatment £or alI coneerned. <br />4} The Commiss�on advises members of the public �o suhmit <br />writter► texts oz outlines of comments to be p:�sen��d in <br />the interest of ubtaining the most Chorough c�ns�de.�a�ion <br />possible. <br />5) Further written comments regarding observations made d��L- <br />ing the meeting on June 1 wil3. be accepted at the offices <br />of the Comm�ssion until 4:30 P.M. on June 10, 1974. <br />Single copi.es o£ the pzoposed rules and regulations that are natis reac3y for <br />review may be obtained from the Cammission by any municipality interested <br />in making a request in its own name, or in the name of an officially ap- <br />pointed citizen cable advisory board or co�ission.
