The property in qvestion is an 8.57 ac�'e parcei (409 feet by 993 feet� located <br />on the east side of Cieveland Avenue �nort� of Oakcrest. The property is <br />proposed to be aiatted into five lots, or�e of which would be occupied by <br />the existing Lametti o�eration at fhe {ar east end of the site: Two of ri,e <br />lots (the westerly 325 feet} are to 6e occupied by a new motel and a contiguous <br />restaurant. It is this westerly 325 feef that is proposed to be rezoned for the <br />motel and restaurant. �he qrea of fand in between is to be platted into two <br />lots for �uture deveiopment. There would appear to be no problem with respect <br />to the proposed platting of the praperty, lt was in fact, done at the request <br />of the City Administratian so as to avoid future mefes and bounds descriptions. <br />2. �he app�icant proposes to construct a four story motel on the corner lot proposed <br />which would measure 325 feet by 252 feet. Large scale drawings of the proposal, <br />site plans, elevations,landscape plans, etc, wili be available for review at the <br />Planr►ing Commission hearing. The site p�ans meet afl the requirements of the <br />City Ordinance. <br />3. Contiguous to the site for the motel on the north side is proposed ct separate <br />restaurani- on a parcel 124 feet by 325 feet. Large scafe drawings of these proposals <br />will a{so be available at the Planning Commission hearing. These plans also meet <br />the requirements of the City Ordinances. <br />4.
