Jair�es McCarthy's property a� 475 North McCarrons Boulevard. <br />Mr. McCaxthy's property COT}.515'�5 of 2.6 acres. Sec�ion 146.Q45 of the City Code <br />requires thxee acres for a riding horse. Also, Sec�ion 201.06Q af the City Code <br />requires that an.y pasture, stable, or enclosure must be 300 feet from any other <br />lo� in a resid.ential district. <br />Th�.s request was presented to the CoUncil at its June l��h meeting. The CoLmcil <br />instruc�ed �he staff to sencl notices to a11 propex°ty owners wiihin 350 feet of <br />the pxoperty in questions, and that this request would be considered at the <br />Ji�e 24th mee�ing. <br />The Council has previously been provided copzes af the �.ettexs from Mrs. Mastel. <br />and Mrs. Turek. <br />If �he Cot�ncil approves the variance, it may considex at�aching a condition �.hat <br />the horses not became a nu�sance causing camplaints from the neighboxs within <br />350 feet of the praperty in question. <br />
