T understan.d this topic rnras discussed at the co�nuni�q meeting last month. Please accept mp apologies �or the delay in getting �his information to you. In reviEwi.ng our files I have learned that at the time of our original contract in 1969, the proposed development w7as multi.pl.e family dwellings for the entire property. Thi.s use was obviously acceptable to us and consequently the deed �ar lot ��1 reilected that use. Subsequent to developing Phase I, Mr. Far�r approached us with the request to liberalize our use clause to allow offices on Phase T� to confox�n to �he desires of the Ci.ty'. When we deeded over the last parcal to Mr. Farr in, Av.gust 1973, there was no specific plan praposed and consequently, the xevised l.axxguage was carried forth in. this deed. Specifically, this �.11oWS multiple famfly dwellings and any permitted use i.n: the B-1 zoning classification. In an attempt �o get further information on thi.s subject, I spoke wz.th a representative of Darrel Faxr Development Company. He stated that they do not have any plans for Phase III a� thi.s time and de�i.t�a.tel.y are not considering 1ow costi housing. In our con- versation he went on to say that they were relatively pleased with the progress of Che offi.ce building, and as a result I would no� be surprised to see them propose a secor�d office structure at the appropriate tiane. However, this is oniy conjecture on my part.
