<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, Wall <br />The following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9419 <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT #4 <br />WITH OPUS NORTHWEST, L.L.C. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Development Agreement (as defined in paragraph 1) has been <br />prepared with respect to Public Redevelopment Costs of Tax Increment Financing District <br />NO.4 in Municipal Development District No.1, Industrial Development District NO.1 and <br />Redevelopment Project Area, and the use of tax increments generated by such tax <br />increment district and other tax increment districts: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Recitals. <br /> <br />(a) The City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), has the powers provided in <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.028, 469.048 through 469.068, and 469.124 through <br />469.134 (collectively, the "Act"). <br /> <br />(b) Pursuant to and in furtherance of the objectives of the Act, the City has <br />undertaken a program to promote development of certain land within the City and in this <br />connection is engaged in carrying out its development project known as Municipal <br />Development District No.1, Industrial Development District No. 1 and Redevelopment <br />Project Area in the City <br />(the "Project Area"). <br />
