<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 26th day of September, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing and <br />the following members were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10335 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT <br />FOR ROSELA WN AVENUE AND T.H. 51 INTERSECTION <br />MN/DOT AGREEMENT NO. 87752M <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State has an existing traffic control signal including street lights, <br />interconnect, control equipment, and signing (Traffic Control Signal) at the Roselawn Avenue <br />and TH 51 (Snelling A venue) intersection; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Roselawn Avenue is a Municipal State Aid Street; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, City of Falcon Heights, and the State will participate <br />in the cost, maintenance and operation of the new Traffic Control Signal; <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />Maintenance of the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling <br />Avenue) at Roselawn A venue in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth <br />and contained in Agreement No. 87752M a copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper Mayor and City Manager are hereby <br />authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on <br />behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing and the following <br />voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
