EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 26th day of September, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing and the following members were absent: none Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10335 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT FOR ROSELA WN AVENUE AND T.H. 51 INTERSECTION MN/DOT AGREEMENT NO. 87752M BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the State has an existing traffic control signal including street lights, interconnect, control equipment, and signing (Traffic Control Signal) at the Roselawn Avenue and TH 51 (Snelling A venue) intersection; AND WHEREAS, Roselawn Avenue is a Municipal State Aid Street; AND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, City of Falcon Heights, and the State will participate in the cost, maintenance and operation of the new Traffic Control Signal; NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: Maintenance of the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway 51 (Snelling Avenue) at Roselawn A venue in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 87752M a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing and the following voted against: none WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
