<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of September, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing, and the following were <br />absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Mascl1ka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10330 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE PRELIMINARY PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2006 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council ofthe City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the City <br />to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund I Purpose Amount <br />General Fund $ 7,658,790 <br />Parks & Recreation Programs 721,330 <br />Parks Maintenance 863,045 <br />Parks Improvements 150,000 <br />Pathways Maintenance 142,000 <br />Streetscape/Blvd Improvements 25,000 <br />General Vehicle Replacement 225,000 <br />Debt Service - tax capacity based 750,000 <br />Debt Service - market value based 875,000 <br />Total $ 11,435,165 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Klausing and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mascl1ka, Ihlan and Klausing, and the following <br />voted against the same: Schroeder and Kough. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
