<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1326 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE <br />ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2001 FULHAM <br />STREET FROM R-l SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3670, the following property, generally <br />located at 2001 Fulham Street, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from R-I, Single Family <br />Residence District to a Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning ofR-I, Single Family <br />Residence District. <br /> <br />The property being legally described as: <br />Lots 1- 6, Block 1, The Villas at Midland Hills <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1326. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect <br /> <br />upon: <br /> <br />I. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat The Villas at Midland Hills with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City and <br />property owners. <br />4. The recording of the PUD document with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 12th day of September, 2005. <br />
