Houle Landscaping Company, the general cantractors far the 1974 Improvements <br />Series 7, have requested. an extension of 15 working days for the completion of the <br />contract. This request is the xesult of the rather long delay in awardzng the contrac� <br />earlier this yea r, the scheduling of his sub-contractors equipmen� breakdo�,rn, de�ays due <br />ta xain and minor plan changes.
