This type of constructian is ver.y special�zed ancf is outside �he scope <br />of t►�� nor�fial �xpertise af the c� ty `s engi r�eeri ng staff. The consul ti ng ti rm of <br />Banister, SE�or�, Ellio�t, Nendri�kson and Assoc�ates has been contacted and has <br />prepar�d a praposal to und�rtake th2 �reparaiion of' the n�cessary contract docu- <br />rnents l�ading to t}�e awa�d �of a construction co�tract. . <br />T�e praposa� is similar ir� natur� to ather agreements tivith ti�e firm in t�a� the <br />ti�rork 'rroul d be perforr�ed on a cost ti i��es a mul �i �1 i er bas i s wi th a maxi mur,i fi gure <br />4rhich wauld not be exceeded. In this case, r�axinum expense tivauld be $J,,700.00 <br />for approximaiely $2Q,OQ0.00 yrorth of construction.
