REVI�WEb/RECahiMENDS: <br />��� <br />Last year, the Council approved the platting of an R--2 and commercial subd�vision by <br />the Miche�s Brothers on the sauth side of County Road C-2, just east of Centennial Drive. <br />As par� of ihat platting of Michels Ceniennial, provisions were made for the developer <br />to construct a T-type turn-axound at the end of Centennial Drive and vacated the <br />un-needed rem�inder oi th.e previousiy deda.cated Centennial cui-de-sac area. Mr. gavid Dye <br />of 1467 Centenn�.al Drive has now �equested another previously dedicated partion af this <br />road�ay far cul-de-sac purposes be vacated. <br />It would appear that this could be accomplished because the area is not included in that <br />requ�red tQr the turn-around, but the deciszon wzll have to be made as to the pxocess 'ta <br />be folZowed in considering this vacation. Certain expenses aze required �n the pursuant <br />of vacation procedure and these fees will either be absorbed through the City or as an <br />expense to the petitioner. <br />Aciion Requested: Inferrsn Nir. Dye that a�i.petition i.s xequired <br />for vacating public rights-of-way and that <br />there are fees involved with this process. <br />or <br />Accept request for the vacation of a portion of <br />Centennial Drive adjacent to Lot 10, Biock 1 of <br />Sun Realty's Centennial Terrace, and refer the ite�m <br />tu the Planning Commission for review as a Ci�y <br />request. <br />
