Fotomat Corporation request for variance to sideyard setback at 2765 North Hamline <br />Avenue. The Fotamat Corporation proposes to construct one o£ their driveup stores <br />�2 feet £xom the north property line of the I.C.O. Gas Station on Hamline Avenue <br />and Terrace Drive. The required setback is 25 feet. <br />2. Yoava Klucsar reques't for rezoning from R-2 to B-3 and special use permit at 2590 <br />North Lexington Avenue. <br />Mr. Klucsar proposes to expand his existing mobile home park on Le�gton Avenue <br />south of County Road C. The property is shown on the comprehensive plan as multiple <br />family and our ordinances require a B-3 zoning for mobile home parks. The applicant <br />has decided not to obtain a petition of the property owners in the area and instead <br />is asking the Council to refer the application without a petition to the Planning <br />Commission for heaxing. (See attached letter). <br />
