REVIEWEO/RECQMMENOS: <br />,� -� "Tschida Owasso Hills #3" at 35a South Owasso Blvd. y��� <br />:� <br />The Council at its meeting of August 26, approved Mr. Cave's preliminary plat as <br />recommended by the Planning Commission. <br />The finaZ plat hard shells have not yet been received, but if they are deli.vered <br />prior to Monday's meeting Mr. Honchell wiil review and provide you wi�h a verbal <br />recommendation at the meeting. <br />As instructed by the Council, we will insure that the right-of-way necessary for <br />the first 130 feet of Standbridge Circle, which will serve as an entxance to the <br />remainder of the unplatted property, is inciuded in the finai plat. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) Samuel Cave's <br />Final Plat "Tschida Owasso Hills #3" at 35Q South <br />Owasso Boulevard. <br />
