Motion ins�ruc� uig the Ci�y Manager to secure appraisals <br />on Lats 1, 2 an.d 3, Block 7, C. W. Michaels Fourth and <br />the triangle of property owned by the Prince of Peace <br />Lutheran Church and adjacant to Central Park. <br />
