In its contract with Ellerbe Architecis for design and construction supervision of <br />the new City Hall, the City reserved the righ� to terminate the contract after <br />completion of �he schematic design phase. Ncsw that the Roseville voters have <br />approved the bond issue for the new City Ha11, the At�orneys have advised us that <br />the Coimcil should pass a resalu�ion authorizing and directing the axchitects to <br />proceed with ihe rema.ining s�Cages of the contract. <br />Action Reauested: Mation adopting resolution directing E1lerbe Architects <br />to proceed with the balance of the contxact for the new <br />city hall. <br />2. At its public work session of November 12, the Gouncil reviewed the proposal of <br />Ellerbe Archi.tects £or design and construction o� the third fire station.
