EXT�tAC'I' 0�' A�I�I[Ti'ES OF ME�TING OF THE CITY COLINCTL <br />OF ROSEVTLLE, MINNESOTA - HELD N�VEhiBER 25, 1974 <br />� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �: � � � � <br />P�.irsuant to due ca1.1 and. notice #�hereof, a regular <br />meeting of 'the City Coun.cil of ihe City o£ Rr�seville, Mir�nesota, <br />was duly called and held at �he Ci�ty Hal1 in said City on the 25th <br />day af November, 1974, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The iollawzng members were present: <br />an� the following members were absent: <br />Member introduced the fallowing resolution <br />and moved i�s adoption: <br />IiESOLUTION N0. <br />A RESOLUi'ION AMENDiNG A DEFERRED COMPENSATION <br />PL�N FOR A CERTAIN ENIPLOY� <br />WI-�RF.AS, the City has previously established the I(�+lA <br />Retirement Corporation's deferxec� compensation pla.n for cex�-Cain of <br />its employees; and <br />WHEREIIS, the IQ�1A Ft�tirement Corporation. has reques�ed <br />that ce�-ta�n amendments be made to said p1an; and <br />WHEI2EAS, said amendments assist the City by simplifying <br />the administration of said plan; and <br />WHERF.AS, �he City wilZ ass�st its employees, at no cost <br />to Ztself, by the incorparation into said plan additional attractive <br />fea�ures, <br />NOW, Tf�REFOR�, B� TT RESOI�LVID that the Ci�y amend its <br />Trust �lgreement wi�h �he IC(t-,1A, Retirement Coxporation by substi�uting <br />therefor the Deferred Compensa�ion Plan, attached hereto and hereby <br />authorizes its Mayor and Manager to execute the Defex�ed Compensation <br />P1an �Jith the Intexna.tiona� City Management Association Retxrement <br />Cox�poration; and <br />
