Nor do we suggest b�ing against �he expansion of the mobile home couri- per se. <br />We do express serious concern, however, fvr fHe extension of the 8-3 zor►e into th� <br />residential neighoorhood, and the {arsg term commit'men� to the development of a <br />subs�andard mobiie home facili�-y in the Cifiy. We �%erefo�e suggest the folfowing <br />c�nc I �sion: <br />a. Serious�y ca�sider not rezoning the westerly 5.3 acres #o a�-3 zone. <br />b. That a mobi�e home flrdint�nce be adopted after carefui consideration by <br />the Pl�nning Commission and Councii . <br />c. That ihe applicant consider his expansion program if he chooses, vnder i�h� <br />provisians of the zoning regulai-ions ultimai-ely adopfed for that pvrPose. <br />� <br />
