George Stott is rec�uesting a minor var�ance to rear yard setback at 336 <br />County Road B-Z. He has constructed a gax�age tiahich zs located appxoxi_mately <br />one foot from his rear yard property line. The required setback is S feet. <br />Mr. Stott indicated that prior to building the garage he hacl taken �easuxe- <br />ments using the existing property s�ake, to assure he stayed the <br />5 feet �rom the rear yard pxoperty line. Unfartunately., there was an error <br />made and the garage was constructed one foot trom the property line. The errox <br />was d�scovered when Ban-Con who owns the cantiguous property to Mr. Stott's <br />rear yard property line conducte� a survey o£ their proper�y. Ban-Con has <br />signed a statement indicating that they are not opposed -�o the variance <br />request. <br />Thc �'; �io�' Variarzce Board recom�nends approval of the rec�uest. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion {approving) (denying) Mr, George Stott`s <br />rec{uest for minor vaxzance to rear yard setback <br />at 336 County Road B-2. <br />
