Anderson, 359 East County Road B, <br />St. Paul, 55117 (Tel.ephone Number 774-3836). <br />�sr. 1Veiss proposes to 3�uild a 1900 square £oot house on two leveJ.s with <br />a double garage attached. The overaTl 1ot area is approximately 23,650 <br />square feet. The house will be locaied a minimum of 112 feet from th.e <br />shoreline on the sou�h side appxoxarnately 145 feet from the-shareline <br />along the north �roperty line. The hvuse is proposed to be setback SO <br />feet from the street. A�r. Anderson has had a sit� plan px-epared showing <br />the relatianshxp of the proposed hatzse �to the �roperty line, existing <br />grades, and existing trees. You will note from examination of the site <br />plan and viewing oi the site that the trees on the property are all in the <br />front yard [lake side) and consist of several large cottonwoods and bass- <br />woods and a mixture of birch. AI1 of the area that is treed will.be <br />left undisturbed on the exist�ng grade which slopes from the lawest 1eve1 <br />of the hame at elevation 944.2 to the shoreline at elevation 386.2 which <br />is a difference of 8 feet. � • <br />A single cottonwoad tree wi11 be rernoved approximately in line with the <br />front of the house. <br />Examination of the site plans and building plans submitted indicate <br />con�ormance to a11 the requirements of the slioreline zoning ordinance <br />and the zaning ordinance reJ.ative to setbacks, Iot area, etc. <br />Xt would appear that the home will be an asse'� to the area and th� cifiy _ <br />as a tivhole. <br />
