Committee will be appointed by December 2000 <br />. Committee will conduct its first meeting by January 2000 <br />. The committee will be made up of 9 members <br />. The Mayor and Council will each appoint one representative (5) <br />. The Police Chief will appoint two representative (2) <br />. The Fire Chief will appoint two representative (2) <br />. Other staff members may be appointed as needed <br />. All meetings will be open to the public <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Committee tasks: <br />. Determine location of new facility <br />. Determine costs, using multiple scenarios <br />-. Determine if Arona site funding will be adequate <br />. Make recommendations if additional funding is needed <br />. Explore revenue generating possibilities <br />. Other tasks as assigned <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Side note: <br />Arona RFP's should be sent out immediately, and reviewed by the Council in <br />order to provide information to this committee. <br /> <br />e <br />
