<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1328 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 2500 CLEVELAND AVENUE FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (1-1) <br />TO GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3). <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 3684, the following property, located at 2500 <br />Cleveland Avenue and legally described as: <br /> <br />Section 9, Township 29, Range 23 excluding the east 14 feet of the west 435.42 feet of <br />the south 271 feet of the north 364.9 feet; thence north 329 feet of the west 435.42 <br />feet of the southwest y,. of the northwest y,. subject to highway and easements <br />PIN 09-29-23-23-0030 <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned from Light Industrial District (I-1) to General Business District (B-3). <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and <br />Zoning Map shall take effect upon: <br /> <br />1.
