Memo to the File - Council Packets <br />March 7, 2012 <br />Carolyn Curti, Communications Specialist <br />This folder represents all of the available council packets from 1974, when Roseville changed <br />from a village to a city, to the present. <br />In 2002, City staff discovered that council packets that were being stored offsite had become <br />mold infested. The city recovered and retained as many of the packets as possible, but some <br />packets had to be destroyed. <br />All packets that could be saved were scanned, as we found them. Duplicate pages or files were <br />not removed. Packets were not reorganized, even though it appears that some packets were out of <br />order. Some packets did not have agendas or other documents appear to be missing. <br />Some of the documents were of poor quality and so reading may be difficult. Original documents <br />are being retained in City Hall. <br />
