As a fully built-out county, the ERF program is a <br />needed tool to help foster redevelopment of brownfield sites. <br />The fund is especially important for suburban communities such as Roseville that is now experiencing <br />brownfield redevelopment. In fact, the City of Roseville has utilized $265,000 from ERF to assist in <br />cleaning up properties that led to the building of roads and infrastructure within the Twin Lakes area.
