<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 5th day of <br />December, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Ihlan, Schroeder and Klausing and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilperson Maschka introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10357 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />COUNTY ROAD C PHASE II <br />RECONSTRUCTION AND STREETSCAPE PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to reconstruct County Road C, between Snelling <br />Avenue and Oxford Street in 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the costs for this reconstruction are being shared by the City of <br />Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve this section of the Roseville street system as described <br />above by completing the following work: sidewalk construction, bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The segment of County Road C, between Snelling Avenue and Oxford Street is hereby <br />approved for consideration of reconstruction. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilperson Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Kough, Maschka, [hlan, Schroeder and Klausing and the following voted against the <br />same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
