<br />Community Town Hall Meeting - 04/26/04 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />ensure that parallel provisions are included in the document <br />allowing for termination rights with 90 days for both the City <br />and T-Mobile Wireless. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough sought clarification related to any citizen <br />complaints regarding signal interference from lessees on the <br />monopole. <br /> <br />Mr. Miller responded that to-date, staff had received no <br />complaints; and noted that lease agreement language specifically <br />addressed such existing or future interference issues on any <br />Federal Communication Commission (FCC) approved signals. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of a Lease Agreement <br />between the City of Roseville and T-Mobile Wireless, for leasing <br />space at the City Hall Campus Monopole; and authorization for <br />the Mayor and City Manager to execute the agreement, upon <br />final review and approval by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />5. Consider Necessary Amendments to the 2003 Budget for Necessary <br />Financial Accounting Purposes Amendments <br />Finance Director Chris Miller provided an overview of 2003 Budget <br />amendments to the 2003 Budget to demonstrate that all <br />expenditures had been appropriated by City Council action. Mr. <br />Miller advised that, rather than tracking the expenditures on a <br />daily basis, it was common municipal practice to address the <br />revisions annually. Mr. Miller identified several sources of <br />additional revenues that funded and offset additional <br />expenditures and appropriations. Mr. Miller noted that this <br />requested action was a procedural request prior to final approval <br />of the final 2003 budget, anticipated at the May 24, 2004 regular <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, Mr. Miller briefly reviewed <br />the four specific amendments and funds affected: <br />1) Community Development Fund amendment for <br />reallocation of staff salaries related to the Housing and <br />
