<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Mimlesota was duly held on the 19th day of December, 2005 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Mascl1ka, Ihlan, Schroeder and Klausing, and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10363 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2006 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate <br />limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund / Purpose Amount <br />General Fund $ 7, 573,950 <br />Parks & Recreation Programs 721,330 <br />Parks Maintenance 863,045 <br />Parks Improvements 150,000 <br />Pathways Maintenance 142,000 <br />Streetscape I Boulevard Maintenance 50,000 <br />General Vehicle Replacement 44,540 <br />Debt Service - tax capacity based 750,000 <br />Debt Service - market value based 875,000 <br />Total $ 11,169,865 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Klausing <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Mascl1ka, <br />Ihlan, and Klausing, and the following voted against the same: Schroeder <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
