<br />(d) After completion of the required Public, Site and Minimum Improvements on any <br />portion of the Redevelopment Property and, if requested by the Redeveloper in order to facilitate <br />a sale of such property that is permitted by the terms of this Agreement, the City will execute a <br />certificate or other document reasonably requested by the purchaser or the purchaser's title <br />insurance company to eliminate any title defect or encumbrance created by the terms of this <br />Agreement with respect to such parcel. Such certificate or document shall not affect the validity <br />or term of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Prohibition Against Tax Exemption. <br /> <br />29 <br />
