<br />Section 9.5. Restrictions on Use. The Redeveloper shall not discriminate upon the basis <br />of race, color, creed, sex or national origin in the sale, lease, rental, use or occupancy of the <br />Redevelopment Property or any part thereof. <br /> <br />Section 9.6. Business Subsidy. The Parties will comply with all applicable provisions of <br />that Act, including any of the Act's reporting requirements that may be applicable to the Project. <br /> <br />Section 9.7. Grant Requirements. With respect to any grants received, the Parties will <br />comply with applicable restrictions on use of the grant funds and any reporting or other <br />requirements associated with such grants. Prior to applying for any grant, the City and <br />Redeveloper will consider the onerousness of any requirements associated with the receipt of <br />such grant and will determine jointly whether to apply therefor. <br /> <br />Section 9.8. Contract for Exclusive Negotiations Superseded. This Agreement supersedes <br />the Contract for Exclusive Negotiations dated as of March 29,2004 between the Parties. <br /> <br />Section 9.9. Titles of Articles and Sections. Any titles of the several Articles, and <br />Sections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall be <br />disregarded in construing or interpreting any of its provisions. <br /> <br />Section 9.10. Notices and Demands.
