<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of January, 2006 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Pust, Maschka, Kough, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10370 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2006 FEE SCHEDULE FOR <br />CITY CONSULTANT FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted the 2006 Fee Schedule on November 28,2005; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the fee amount for the reimbursement of City consultant <br />costs was listed incorrectly. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the 2006 Fee Schedule be amended in accordance with the Fee Schedule at- <br />tached to this Resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Maschka, <br />Kough, Ihlan and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
