<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of December, 2005, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present Kough, Maschka, Ihlan, Schroeder and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10366 <br />A RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX <br />LEVY ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR OF 2006 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rose vi lIe. <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The request of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of <br />Roseville, for a special levy per Minnesota Statues Section 469.033, is hereby authorized in the <br />amount of $288,895 to be collected in 2006 for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes Section <br />469.001 to 469.047. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: Ihlan. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
