<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the fourteenth day of <br />July, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9426 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING <br />ON CIVIC CENTER DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Civic Center Drive rrom County Road C to WoodhilI Drive is a Municipal State Aid <br />roadway (MSA No. SAP 160-240-02); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be milled and overlaid using Municipal State Aid <br />funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, improvements of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on the east and <br />south sides of Civic Center Drive £Tom County Road C to Woodhill Drive (MSA No. SAP 160- <br />240-02; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
