We are a srTlall business starting-up in Minnesota that Roseville invited to
provide bus stop improvements for your transit users.

Of concern to us, is that our proposal is being compared with 20+ year old Franchise Agreements
with much larger systems in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Some of the more important differences
between our proposal and those of Minneapolis and Saint Paul are detailed in the attached
correspondence to staff.

We ask your consideration of these points of difference, and to request staff to
continue to conference with us to compare "apples to apples" so as to achieve resolution.

Craig Piernot and Gary Young

6/14/2004
